The Power of Good Housing

The following document proposes various methods for increasing access to affordable housing in the Valois Village. The recommendations are inspired by successful practices elsewhere, and are meant to encourage a holistic approach to quality affordable housing implementation. My policy recommendations are designed specifically for the Valois Village area, but can also be applied across the city of Pointe-Claire.
